Edding sought a way to present itself, along with its brands Legamaster and Playroom, under the unified concept of ‘We Create Space’. Rather than simply showcasing products, the aim was to highlight how their combined offerings deliver comprehensive solutions for designing and optimising spaces for education, training, or office use. The goal was to provide customers with more than just products—offering an integrated experience tailored to their all-round needs.

To realise this vision, I was involved in developing the strategic approach to create multifunctional, scenario-based content. This approach allows customers to experience products not merely as standalone items, but as part of a cohesive solution. For each target group—Education, Corporate and Trainers—we designed tailored 3D spaces. Through detailed renders in visuals and videos, users gain a clear understanding of the possibilities offered by the seamless integration of solutions from the different brands.

Even more impactful, these spaces have been made fully accessible in virtual reality (VR) through the development of custom app solutions. This innovation enables customers to step into their envisioned environments and explore them freely, allowing them to experience the products in a tangible, contextual setting. Whether at trade shows or in showrooms, VR serves as a powerful tool to showcase these solutions. Additionally, the spaces are designed to be easily updated with new products, ensuring that the interactive offerings remain aligned with evolving needs and product developments.

With the launch of ‘We Create Space’, Edding, Legamaster and Playroom now offer an innovative, experience-based presentation that demonstrates their expertise in space optimisation.
